Scope
These terms apply to manef.dev and MANEF-operated products that explicitly link to them. Product-specific terms take precedence for the feature or activity they describe.
Evolving products
Some MANEF software is experimental, in active development, or provided as a preview. Features, interfaces, availability, and infrastructure may change as products evolve.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability or security, distribute malware, abuse APIs, impersonate others, or use a MANEF service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Third-party services
Products may depend on hosting, source-control, email, analytics, authentication, database, payment, or other providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change outside MANEF's control.
Intellectual property
MANEF names, original product design, documentation, and original materials remain protected by applicable rights. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Availability
Services are provided based on available capabilities and may be changed, limited, moved, suspended, or discontinued for operational, security, compliance, maintenance, or product reasons.
